Here’s the deal- many guys want to build muscle fast. I mean, who doesn’t? If we could all build muscle fast, then most of us wouldnt have the problem of confidence in areas that many face- Such as confidence in ourselves, in our own body, or perhaps even in speaking with women. Being too boney or fat certainly doesn’t feel good at all, especially after I finally experienced what it’s like to bulk myself up with leaner and stronger muscles (from my original 200lb!)-

Okay that was besides the point, so back to what we’d want to achieve here. Build Muscle Fast. It’s certainly not an impossible goal, but the problem lies in the fact that it is not only “not easy” but also possesses a pretty high risk normally. What do I mean? Let me first explain what I mean by imparting some common knowledge about the principles behind how to build muscle fast.

Build Muscles Fast- The gist of the principle is as follows: Every time a guy hits the gym for some tough workout, the muscle groups pounded and worked will break down from the training. It is during the recovery process in the following days, that the injured muscles then rebuild itself, in fact building itself to be stronger than before. This further rebuilding of the muscle, a.k.a muscle growth, depends on how tough you’ve worked those muscles of yours and whether there are sufficient proteins and amino acid in your body to back up the particular muscle growth process.
From this, we can gather 2 simple but important points:
1) The speed of our muscle growth can be determined by the intensity of our workout to a particular muscle group. The higher the intensity, the more the muscle group breaks down and eventually the more muscles will be built.
2)Muscle growth occurs during its recovery phase, not in the training itself.

Risk and Difficulty In trying to Build Muscle Fast
Understanding the principle behind what’s required to build muscle fast thus brings us to the next point- why it may be difficult and even dangerous to build muscle fast for normal people without prior knowledge and guidance.
Since the principle to allow faster growth is to have a strong enough intensity for the muscle to regrow even stronger and more mean-looking, the main difficulty lies in that many do not know what is the optimal intensity required for them to reach the point of maximum muscle growth. So often, many people either overdo or actually “underperform” in terms of the intensity required (which is essentially just wasting energy and not building muscles fast!). If the muscle was not worked to the brink or brought too much over its present maximum capacity, that muscle is not likely to grow bigger at all.
This is why it is very common to see guys who’ve been working out for years but experiences almost no visible change in his size (Underperformers or “Hard Gainers”) or guys who end up injuring their joints or tearing their muscles by overdoing their maximum capacity (Let’s just call them Overzealous fellows).
…So What can we do? Does that mean we’re doomed to never be able build muscle fast and get that ripped look we want without putting in years of hardwork?
Freight not! Though there are problems, it certainly is possible to Build Muscle Fast safely.
This is where information is king. All you need to know is how to exactly determine the intensity you need to build muscle fast, the type of diet you should be having, and so forth. To build muscle fast, take your time to find out your body type, what works for you, how tough you should do and so forth. With proper information and diet, there is no way you cannot succeed. However, understand the process can be mind boggling with so much conflicting information about muscle building tips in general.

A professional fitness trainer can definitely help anyone build muscle fast
For fat people(like I’ve been) or skinny people that couldn’t bulk up or even busier people with less time to build muscle fast, I’m very sure that a fitness trainer, with all their professionalism, will definitely have a program that fits each person. I feel there are no better ways to build muscle fast after having tried one, especially when I was so tired of wasting time heading to the gym, working out for hours and hours to no end, each time doing it so vigorously every alternate day, only to see no results after a few months.
P.S.On a last note, I understand that hiring a real fitness trainer may be impossible for quite a few of us because of the fact that they are so expensive to hire (especially for a college brat like myself). Once again, freight not if you want to build muscle fast! These days you can have everything online, even a fitness trainer and his program. The good thing about this is that you’ll be able to get a specific work out program and help from a true professional fitness trainer for dirtcheap compared to actually hiring one pro fitness trainer for probably a thousand an hour.
